Postgraduate Programme

Paper Application (for WMG postgraduate courses only)

Please submit the following documents directly to the Regional Office (Asia Pacific) or the Department directly:

1. 2 copies of application form (duly signed by the students)

2. 2 reference forms / letters (original copy)

    - reference forms / letters (on official letter headed paper) have to be signed by

      university academic staff if the candidate is an undergraduate student

    - reference forms / letters (on official letter headed paper) can be signed by an

      university academic staff and the candidate's employer if the candidate has work

      experience

3. Academic transcript (original or certified true copy)

   (for students in China, students have to submit the graduation diploma and the

    degree certificate)

4. English language qualification, e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, WELT

On-line Application (for all courses)

1. Visit the website at https://postgrad.warwick.ac.uk/SWIFT/pgapp/login.asp.

2. Fill in the application and an application ID will be assigned.

3. Print out a copy of the acknowledgement of the application.

4. Payment

    (a) Pay the application fee by debit / credit card OR

    (b) Prepare a cheque or banker's draft, for £20 made payable to the University of

         Warwick

5. Send the cheque or banker's draft (if not paid on-line), all the supporting documents and

    a copy of the application acknowledgement to Postgraduate Admissions Team, University

    House, University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 8UW, United Kingdom. Application ID MUST

    be written down on all supporting documents.

Application Fee

Undergraduate - Fees are determined by UCAS

Postgraduate - Paper Application: £30

                          Online Application: £20

While the application fee depends on where you choose to send your application, this choice does not affect our consideration when accepting applicants. Applications sent directly to our offices in the UK will likely take longer to handle and must include the proper application fee in order to be processed.

Please note that application fee is waived if the application form (WMG postgraduate application only) is submitted via the Regional Admissions Office (Asia Pacific) in Hong Kong.
