Modules
The modules consist of nominally 40 hours

Post Module
Assignments
On completion of each module, students are
expected to undertake a minimum of a further 40-60 hours work
leading to the completion of an individual assignment associated
with that module.

Project
Concurrent with the modules,
students
will also undertake a major individual research project, which is
submitted in the form of a dissertation. The project is worth 50% of
the overall credit.
Shortly after arrival at WMG, students
will be able to access an online list of projects. Students
will need to choose a project relevant to their
degree courses
and in line with their
research interests. All projects are supervised by a WMG member of
staff or associate, and many projects relate closely to research
developments in industry.

Award
If the required nine modules and the project
are passed, a masters degree is awarded. Lower awards are possible
if
students
